Prohibited Activities apply to your conduct on the Services, not to fictional content created as part of gameplay (character dialogue, story elements, in-game events). In-character actions, fictional narratives, and creative content within games are not violations of these terms, provided they do not target real individuals or violate applicable law.
8. USER GENERATED CONTRIBUTIONS
- The creation, distribution, transmission, public display, or performance, and the accessing, downloading, or copying of your Contributions do not and will not infringe the proprietary rights, including but not limited to the copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret, or moral rights of any third party.
- You are the creator and owner of or have the necessary
licenses , rights, consents, releases, and permissions to use and to authorize us, the Services, and other users of the Services to use your Contributions in any manner contemplated by the Services and these Legal Terms. - You have the written consent, release, and/or permission of each and every identifiable individual person in your Contributions to use the name or likeness of each and every such identifiable individual person to enable inclusion and use of your Contributions in any manner contemplated by the Services and these Legal Terms.

- Your Contributions are not used to harass or threaten (in the legal sense of those terms) any other person and to promote violence against a specific person or class of people.
- Your Contributions do not violate any applicable law, regulation, or rule.
- Your Contributions do not violate the privacy or publicity rights of any third party.
- Your Contributions do not violate any applicable law concerning child pornography, or otherwise intended to protect the health or well-being of minors.
- Your Contributions do not include any offensive comments that are connected to race, national origin, gender, sexual preference, or physical handicap.
- Your Contributions do not otherwise violate, or link to material that violates, any provision of these Legal Terms, or any applicable law or regulation.
The above representations apply to your direct conduct and communications on the Services. Fictional content created as part of gameplay may explore mature or challenging themes when properly marked as described in the Mature Content and Safety Tools section below, but must not be used as a pretext for harassment or hate speech directed at other users.
Any use of the Services in violation of the foregoing violates these Legal Terms and may result in, among other things, termination or suspension of your rights to use the Services.
Mature content and safety tools
Games on the Services may contain mature themes, including fictional depictions of violence, conflict, and adult situations. We believe in maximum inclusiveness of creative content: if it is legal to post and does not violate these Legal Terms, it is welcome on the Services.
Games that include sexually explicit content or graphic depictions of violence must be marked as mature and are not visible in public listings. Game hosts are responsible for accurately marking their games and for using the platform's safety tools to establish content expectations with participants before play begins.
The Services provide safety tools for content negotiation between participants. We encourage all game groups to discuss content boundaries during game setup. Participants may leave any game at any time if the content exceeds their comfort level.
9. CONTRIBUTION
By posting your Contributions to any part of the Services
, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, nonexclusive license to host, display, distribute, reproduce, perform, transmit, cache, reformat, and store your Contributions, solely for the purpose of making your Contributions available through the Services. This license exists only for as long as you choose to include your Contributions on the Services. We will terminate this license within a reasonable time after you remove your Contributions, though backup copies may be retained for disaster recovery purposes.

The platform does not mediate ownership disputes between participants. We recommend that game groups discuss content ownership expectations during game setup, particularly if any participant intends to use the collaborative work commercially.
